NCBazaar Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between NCBazaar Marketplace (“NCBazaar”, “Platform”) and the seller registering to sell products on the Platform (“Vendor”).

By creating a Vendor account and using the Platform, the Vendor agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Parties

This Agreement is made between:

Platform: NCBazaar
Website: www.ncbazaar.com

and

The individual or legal entity registering as a seller on the Platform (“Vendor”).

2. Purpose of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Vendor in listing, selling, and managing products through the NCBazaar Marketplace.

3. Vendor Eligibility and Information

The Vendor represents and warrants that:

  • They are a legally operating business or individual entrepreneur

  • They possess a valid tax identification number

  • All information provided is accurate and up to date

  • They will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

NCBazaar may request additional documentation when necessary.

4. Vendor Account and Dashboard

The Vendor will be provided with a seller dashboard to manage products and orders.

The Vendor is responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of account credentials

  • Preventing unauthorized access

  • All activities conducted through the Vendor account

5. Product Listings and Sales

The Vendor agrees that:

  • All listed products comply with applicable laws

  • Product descriptions are accurate and truthful

  • Products are original and in sellable condition

  • Pricing information is correct

NCBazaar reserves the right to remove listings that violate platform policies.

6. Prohibited Products

The Vendor shall not sell:

  • Illegal goods

  • Counterfeit or fake products

  • Dangerous or restricted items

  • Stolen goods

  • Products infringing intellectual property rights

NCBazaar may remove such items without prior notice.

7. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery

The Vendor is responsible for:

  • Processing orders promptly

  • Packaging products securely

  • Dispatching orders within the specified timeframe

  • Providing accurate shipping information

The Vendor bears full responsibility for delivery of products to customers.

8. Pricing and Commission

The Vendor determines product prices.

NCBazaar charges a commission on completed sales. Commission rates may vary by category and may be modified by the Platform.

9. Payments

Vendor payouts will be made according to the Platform’s payment schedule.

NCBazaar may deduct:

  • Platform commissions

  • Refunds and returns

  • Payment processing fees

  • Penalties for policy violations

10. Returns and Refunds

The Vendor agrees to comply with the NCBazaar Return Policy.

The Vendor is responsible for:

  • Accepting eligible returns

  • Issuing refunds for defective or incorrect items

  • Resolving customer complaints

11. Customer Service

The Vendor shall provide professional customer service and respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Intellectual Property

The Vendor guarantees that all products and content uploaded to the Platform do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

Customer personal data may be used only for order fulfillment purposes and must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

14. Role and Liability of the Platform

NCBazaar operates solely as an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers.

The Vendor is fully responsible for:

  • Product quality

  • Safety and legality

  • Accuracy of descriptions

  • Delivery fulfillment

15. Vendor Performance and Enforcement

NCBazaar reserves the right to monitor vendor performance.

In case of violations, NCBazaar may:

  • Issue warnings

  • Restrict listings

  • Suspend the account

  • Terminate the account

16. Suspension or Termination

NCBazaar may suspend or terminate a Vendor account if:

  • Platform policies are violated

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Legal obligations are not met

17. Dispute Resolution

NCBazaar reserves the right to review disputes between customers and vendors and make final decisions in accordance with platform policies.

18. Amendments

NCBazaar reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will become effective upon publication on the Platform.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

20. Effectiveness

This Agreement enters into force electronically upon creation of a Vendor account.
