1. Introduction

These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between NCBazaar Marketplace (“Platform”, “NCBazaar”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and registered sellers (“Vendor”, “Seller”, “you”) who list and sell products through the NCBazaar online marketplace.

By registering as a Vendor and listing products on the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Vendor Eligibility

To sell products on NCBazaar, Vendors must:

• Be a registered company or legally registered individual

• Possess a valid tax identification number

• Provide accurate business information

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Maintain updated contact and banking details

NCBazaar reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any vendor application.

3. Vendor Account

Each Vendor will receive a Vendor Account to manage:

• Product listings

• Pricing

• Orders

• Inventory

• Customer communication

Vendors are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

Any activity performed through the Vendor account is considered the responsibility of the Vendor.

4. Product Listings

Vendors must ensure that:

• All product information is accurate and truthful

• Product images are original or authorized

• Products comply with legal standards and safety regulations

• Pricing is transparent and fair

NCBazaar may remove listings that violate platform policies.

5. Prohibited Products

Vendors may not list or sell:

• Illegal or counterfeit goods

• Dangerous or restricted items

• Stolen property

• Products violating intellectual property rights

• Any product prohibited by applicable law

NCBazaar reserves the right to remove prohibited products immediately.

6. Order Processing

Vendors must:

• Process orders within the timeframe specified on the Platform

• Maintain accurate inventory

• Ship products securely and promptly

• Provide tracking information when applicable

Failure to fulfill orders properly may lead to penalties or account suspension.

7. Pricing and Commission

Vendors determine their own product prices.

NCBazaar charges a commission fee on completed sales, which will be specified in the Vendor dashboard or separate commission agreement.

The commission may vary depending on product categories.

8. Payments to Vendors

Payments to Vendors will be made according to the Platform’s payout schedule.

NCBazaar may deduct the following before transferring funds:

• Platform commissions

• Refunds and returns

• Payment processing fees

• Any penalties due to policy violations

9. Shipping and Delivery

Vendors are responsible for:

• Packaging products securely

• Ensuring timely shipment

• Providing accurate delivery information

Vendors must comply with the shipping policies defined by the Platform.

10. Returns and Refunds

Vendors must comply with the NCBazaar Return Policy.

Vendors are responsible for:

• Accepting eligible returns

• Processing refunds when applicable

• Resolving return-related customer issues

11. Customer Service

Vendors must provide professional customer service and respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.

Failure to maintain acceptable customer service standards may result in platform action.

12. Intellectual Property

Vendors guarantee that all products and content uploaded to the Platform do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

NCBazaar reserves the right to remove any content that infringes such rights.

13. Vendor Performance Monitoring

NCBazaar may monitor vendor performance based on:

• Order fulfillment rate

• Customer complaints

• Return rates

• Delivery times

Vendors with poor performance may be warned, restricted, or suspended.

14. Suspension or Termination

NCBazaar may suspend or terminate a vendor account if:

• Platform policies are violated

• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Vendor fails to meet operational standards

• Legal compliance issues arise

15. Platform Liability

NCBazaar acts solely as an online marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers.

NCBazaar is not responsible for:

• Product quality

• Vendor fulfillment failures

• Vendor-provided product descriptions

The Vendor bears full responsibility for the products they sell.

16. Data Protection

Vendors must protect customer personal data and use it only for order fulfillment purposes.

Sharing or misuse of customer data is strictly prohibited.

17. Dispute Resolution

In disputes between Vendors and customers, NCBazaar may review the case and make a final decision in accordance with platform policies.

18. Amendments

NCBazaar reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be published on the Platform.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in Northern Cyprus.
